You’ll see a McDonald’s and after that a “Que Padre” Store. You’ll go right after the store (where you can see a Sunchase sign) and you’ll see a white gate with a keypad. If it’s open, you can go straight ahead and park in the parkinglot closest to the brown two-story buildings, which are the condos If it’s closed, in the keypad you can call the office and say you’re a guest checking in to condo #120. They’ll let you in and you can park close to the office (close to the condos).

Rates & Pricing Policy
All rates displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on seasonality, availability, length of stay, and applicable promotions.
All nightly rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and service fees (if booked through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Vrbo). These will be itemized during the booking process.
Our rates vary based on season and demand. Holiday periods, peak seasons (such as summer or spring break), and event weekends may reflect higher nightly rates.
Minimum stay requirements apply during certain seasons and holidays. These requirements will be disclosed at the time of booking.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted rates. These are valid only for new reservations made during the promotional period and may not be applied retroactively.
The final rate and total cost of the reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking. No rate is guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in pricing. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the rate and offer the guest the option to proceed with the updated price or cancel the reservation.
Booking, Cancellation & Security Policies
We offer different booking and cancellation policies depending on where and how you book your stay. Please review the applicable terms below.
🔹 Direct Bookings via Website (GAMA Real Estate)
Option 1 – Primary Policy
Payment Schedule:
- 100% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in.
- 25% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
Security Deposit:
- A $250 USD security deposit will be pre-authorized 1 day before arrival and automatically released 7 days after departure, pending no damages or violations.
Option 2 – Partial Prepayment (Non-Refundable)
Payment Schedule:
- 50% due at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- All prepayments are non-refundable.
Security Deposit:
- Same as above: $250 USD held 1 day before arrival, voided 7 days after departure.

Standard Cancellation Policy – Strict
- Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if canceled less than 14 days before check-in.

Long-Term Stays (28 nights or more)
- Full refund if canceled 30 days or more before check-in.
- After that, the first 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable.
