While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in pricing. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the rate and offer the guest the option to proceed with the updated price or cancel the reservation.
Booking, Cancellation & Security Policies
We offer different booking and cancellation policies depending on where and how you book your stay. Please review the applicable terms below.
🔹 Direct Bookings via Website (GAMA Real Estate)
Option 1 – Primary Policy
Payment Schedule:

100% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:

50% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in.

25% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
Security Deposit:

A $250 USD security deposit will be pre-authorized 1 day before arrival and automatically released 7 days after departure, pending no damages or violations.
Option 2 – Partial Prepayment (Non-Refundable)
Payment Schedule:

50% due at the time of booking.

Remaining 50% due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:

All prepayments are non-refundable.
